Carol’s Manifesto of the Heart

I, Carol of the Cherished Brave Heart, 

do declare the following in order to live a more authentic life in greater harmony with all beings, while offering my gifts of love, creativity and teaching to the world:

I do resolve to be honest & 

practice integrity when I speak, 

always using my words 

respectfully & dedicating myself 

to manifesting only goodness, while harming none.

I pledge to always tell the truth, as I perceive it, without blame or judgement, & honor the right of others to have a different truth, even if I disagree with it.

I will pay closer attention to those things of the heart, &  where I am able, express love to myself,  to others & to all beings. I shall practice extending my “arms of love” to all of creation through  acknowledgement, acceptance, recognition, validation, &, especially, gratitude.

I pledge to show up for what I am responsible for in my life & be fully present 

to carry out, with love & joy, those tasks that fulfill my destiny. 

I resolve to be a conscious observer, while performing my responsibilities & be open to whatever happens, as I practice releasing attachment to my personal preferences & expectations.

I pledge to not interpret any words or actions from others in a personal way, as I realize other people’s words & actions have more to do with their thoughts & feelings about & have very little , if anything, to do with me.

I choose to see the world through new eyes,

To create a space where love can be freely seen,

I breathe in love to nourish me, & 

I breathe out love , as I see who you really are.

Looking at you with my open heart, 

I see myself in your eyes, 

as love shining back to me. 

I see love everywhere through 

these new eyes of my 

cherished, 

brave 

heart.
